You can publish your property adverts completely free of charge. You will be invited to choose one of the three alternative commercial relationships with villaway depending on which one you think best suits your needs, as you agree to our terms and conditions. Our SMS enquiry notification service is included in each of the options!

Option 1: Pay Per Valid Booking Enquiry
You only pay for results! We charge only for valid booking enquiry that we generate on your behalf. You pay an extremely competitive total cost of £3.00* per lead when someone enquires about your property on www.villaway.co.uk Fees will be arranged by advance credit payment, in minimum bundles of 10 leads (£30*) on a similar basis to a pay as you go mobile phone. Secure payments can be made direct online and we take all major credit and debit cards.

Option 2: Annual Advertising
If you prefer to pay an annual fee, rather than pay per lead generated, Villaway offers a comprehensive service for an annual fee of £130.00*. Any enquires related to your property will be emailed to you directly including all contact details and the required booking period together with an SMS.
Option 3: Commission on Booking
We pass all enquiries to you and serve as intermediary until a holiday seeker confirms a booking at which point you handle the collection of rental fees, with our commission at 10% of the total rental fee.
Important Note: Availability Calendars
Every holiday property rental manager, whether they are an agent or the property owner, advertises their property in multiple places. Dealing with numerous availability calendars and keeping them up to date can be a real headache. This is why so many availability calendars are out of date. The downsides of this are firstly that the property manager has to field loads of enquiries relating to periods when their property is booked up and secondly that the holiday seeker gets annoyed when he makes enquiries about apparently available properties only to be told that they are no longer available. Villaway recognise this problem and have various solutions to offer, all of which are free.
- If you have one calendar on the web which you keep up to date, let us know where it is and give us permission to visit your calendar and use the information to update ours. We will do this every 24 hrs!
- Alternatively if you have multiple properties and can export you bookings information as CSV or XML we can take this and automatically decode it to update the Villaway availability calendars for all your properties.
- Finally if you have your own website and need an availability calendar in it, you can take ours and add it to your site. As you update availability it will automatically be updated both on your site and on Villaway.
All the above options are completely free to advertisers on Villaway.
